Internship Overview

We are looking for ambitious students with customer service and marketing experience to join us as Summer Interns in 2025.

• The program is 10 weeks long from June 4 - August 6
• 9am-5pm EDT Monday-Thursday
• The remote position is located in the United States with a Kickoff Day and mid-summer checkin at our NYC offices.

What you'll do:

Customer Success:

Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new customers.

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Join customer calls to learn about our customers business needs and help CSMs gather and execute next steps internally working cross-functionally with our product and solution engineer teams.

Help research, plan, and execute upcoming customer events.

Marketing: 

You will assist with various marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. 

Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and email newsletters.

Social Media Management: Support the execution of social media strategies, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media analytics.

Email Marketing: Aid in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as infographics, social media graphics, and website banners.

Event Support: Provide assistance in organizing and promoting virtual events, webinars, and conferences, including pre-event planning, attendee outreach, and post-event follow-up.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct through research on all competitors to our portfolio of products.

Your Experience and Who you are:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Customer Success / Marketing Intern excited about joining us on the journey to build a market-leading, next-generation software company.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• You have a strong interest in working with people and applying your problem solving skills to solve real world problems for our amazing customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and ability to convey messages effectively.
• Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and principles.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
