What You’ll Do

Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for residential & commercial projects
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving concerns
Manage project paperwork and maintain accurate client records
Partner with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Support leadership in process improvements and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of customer service and appointment scheduling experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly
18 years of age or older
