- Main responsibilities are focused around ”Implementation of the corporate strategy," competitive intelligence, and special projects to support enterprise strategy
- Implement strategic planning processes that highlight business unit strategies with clearly communicated critical assumptions, risks grand success factors
- Share and discuss prioritized strategies and key issues with the strategy lead and support him/her with the presentation to the executive committee
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute special projects (e.g., data monetization strategy development)
- Constructively challenge the strategies developed by the Function Unit Strategy team
- Evaluation, structuring and negotiation of growth opportunities
Requirements:
- High-performing individual with strong financial knowledge, potential to execute business/processes and ability to evaluate growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the key levers of the automotive / mobility sector
- Interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with Function VPs
- Ability to manage teams and multiple projects
- Experience working in a similar position in leading corporation or fast growth company focused on the automotive or mobility sector
- Management experience (5) or consulting experience (3+ years)
- Engineering experience is preferred
- MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred, Bachelors Degree required
