****Average yearly rate is $82,035.20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
We are looking for a full-time Director of Recruitment and Compliance to add to our team! You need a Bachelor’s degree in human service and must have at least three years of compliance, admissions, and progressively responsible supervisory experience in the administration of a Residential Facility program or the equivalent. In addition, at least two years’ experience working with adolescents with a mental health diagnosis is preferred.
A Day in The Life as a Director of Recruitment and Compliance
You will be responsible for the management of the psychiatric residential treatment facility admissions and regulatory compliance functions, in accordance with federal, state, and accreditation agency rules and regulations as well as Agency policies and procedures. The Director of Recruitment and Compliance monitors the facility to ensure compliance with regulations and provides supervision and oversight to the case coordination department, kitchen staff, training and our Visitation and Exchange Center. You will also review incident reports and submit reports to regulatory agencies. You will be a part of a team of directors who will ensure the safe treatment of children who have experienced trauma and mental illness.
