<p>Users are responsible for:</p><p>Must have 5+ Relevant BA Experience</p><ul> <li>Be responsible for arranging meetings and facilitating workshops with existing and prospective clients to discuss their business needs, understanding business drivers and communicating these with the wider team</li> <li>Maintain longer-term vision for the product, helping ensure the team focuses on the most important issues first, thereby ensuring the team continually delivers real value to the customer</li> <li>Work closely with the team to design solutions to client’s business requirements, and solving problems as the need arises</li> <li>Provide the team with face to face feedback to direct development</li> <li>Be involved in the whole life cycle of software development, creating an initial backlog, attend sprint retrospective and demonstration / planning sessions Agile team prioritizes tasks accordingly</li> </ul><ul> <li>Facilitate the process of defining, analyzing, and testing the requirements for a given sprint</li> <li>Create and execute test cases and scripts as part of overall testing</li> <li>Generate testing reports</li> <li>Apply different strategic, tactical and operational business analysis techniques</li> <li>Assess and report the impact on business requirements of external factors affecting a program or subject</li> </ul><p>Revise and update user stories throughout the project in response to changing needs and situation.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensuring that operations carried out using data are for a proper purpose, and for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of that data.</li> <li>Ensuring personal data is processed in a way that complies with national legal and statutory regulations and with CIVICA policy.</li> <li>Ensuring that they are authorised to supply any information requested, that it is given to only to those authorised to receive it, and that any such requests for information are for a proper purpose.</li> <li>Implementing and acting in accordance with their statutory and legal obligations, CIVICA policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and controls</li> <li>Protecting CIVICA assets within their control from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference</li> <li>Reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to CIVICA</li> <li>Performing their job with security best practice in mind and conforming to any best practice frameworks which are used within CIVICA</li> </ul>
