ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Perform benefits administration tasks (such as enrollment actions) for clients/Account Managers
- Compile data for the Account Manager to use in proposals and insurance plan analyses; may assist in preparing proposals and spreadsheeting results. May have direct contact with vendors for questions or requests
- Assist Account Teams in their preparation for client meetings; includes printing/binding of presentations/agendas/meeting packets. May assist in reviewing presentations for grammar, formatting, and verification of rates/benefits
- Assists Account Managers with implementation of new business, group applications, and processing as directed by the Account Manager
- Assist Account Managers in coordinating client communications or packets related to Renewal/Open Enrollment
- Assist in data maintenance for vendor/client/plan contacts/information
- Supports Account Team with the inputting of/processing of commissions
- Performs other duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
- Intermediate or expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated commitment to serving others

- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Diligent attention to detail
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to meeting deadlines
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two years working in a professional office environment
- Experience in insurance or employee benefits preferred
- College degree preferred
- Life, Health & Accident license required or must be obtained
