The “International Innovation Manager” position is part of the Marketing department in the Eckes-Granini Headquarter. In this role, you play an important part in building our business and supporting our change to more international ways of working. You drive and facilitate the project management of our innovation projects across all markets. You support and guide our local Project Managers to bring their projects to life based on a solid business case.

This role is highly interconnected to all markets and management levels and part of an ambitious international marketing team.

Parts of this role:

• Oversee and steer the international innovation project management at Eckes-Granini in collaboration with the International Senior Innovation Manager
• Responsibility for the Stage-Gate management of our international project pipeline in close collaboration with the local Project Managers
• Lead our multi-functional innovation meetings with Marketing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Controlling and Procurement to assess feasibility and viability of innovation projects and create business cases jointly with local Project Managers
• Lead onboardings and training for the group-wide innovation process
• Support our transformation by enhancing and improving the group-wide innovation process incl. innovation performance review
• Support the annual innovation planning cycle, ensuring key deadlines and deliverables 

REQUIREMENTS

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed economics degree, ideally with focus on Marketing or other related area
• Competence and passion for project management
• Solid experience in leading innovation projects in the FMCG sector
• Solution-orientation and pragmatism paired with enthusiasm and a positive spirit
• Takes initiative and proactively identifies areas for improvement
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Business fluency in English
