As part of our innovative and forward-thinking <strong>Sustainable Development team</strong>, you'll actively shape sustainability on<strong> </strong>an<strong> international scale</strong>, driving meaningful change in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with immense personal and professional growth potential.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Materiality Analysis</strong>: You continuously develop our double materiality assessment, integrating stakeholders’ perspectives more deeply (e.g., upstream supply chain) and enhancing data-driven evaluations (e.g. dedicated risk assessments)</li><li><strong>Sustainability Strategy &amp; Compliance</strong> (CSRD): You collaborate with other departments to develop and refine sustainability targets, policies and actions. You oversee the implementation of these initiatives to ensure ongoing progress and compliance</li><li><strong>External Reporting</strong> (CSRD): You take ownership of sustainability statements integrated in our annual report, managing internal review and approval processes, and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance</li><li><strong>Internal Reporting &amp; Governance</strong>: You manage sustainability goals across departments by preparing top management presentations and independently creating dashboards. You link quantitative data to our strategic goals and highlight key achievements</li><li><strong>Process Innovation &amp; Development</strong>: You drive the development of new processes in collaboration with other departments, support change initiatives, and provide expert advice on opportunities for improvement</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You bring proven experience in sustainability roles, ideally from established sustainability departments or consulting, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and processes</li><li>You have strong <strong>project management</strong> and change management skills and the ability to communicate confidently with <strong>diverse stakeholders on all levels</strong>, inspiring action through persuasion and enthusiasm</li><li>You are familiar with <strong>reporting</strong>, audit requirements, and legal texts (e.g. CSRD)</li><li>You are solution-oriented and enjoy analysing complex issues, <strong>taking ownership</strong> of tasks, and driving progress independently.
