ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR  

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an Accounting Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Accounting Supervisors have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments. 

• Supervise, train and motivate Finance Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities. 

• Establish and maintain local policies and procedures regarding payroll processes. 

• Review, verify and process payroll data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. 

• Ensure compliance with all Internal Controls. 

• Maintain accurate financial records through technology. 

• Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.  Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications. 

• Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software at an advanced level.  Sun, ADP, Micros and Opera Systems knowledge would be ideal and
