Senior & Junior Store Man

<p>Job Bridge Global is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior and Junior Store Man to join our client's team. As a Senior and Junior Store Man, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate stock control. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage the overall operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.</li> <li>Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.</li> <li>Ensure efficient stock control practices, including regular stock checks and reconciliations.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock replenishment and minimize stock-outs.</li> <li>Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.</li> <li>Supervise and train store staff in store procedures and best practices.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders on time.</li> <li>Handle and resolve any complaints or inquiries related to store operations.</li> <li>Implement and enforce policies and procedures.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience as a Store Man or similar role.</li> <li>Must be able to communicate in English.</li> <li>Must be able to operate a Telehandler to lift heavy cable drums</li> <li>HIAB Experience required for senior postion</li> <li>Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.</li> <li>Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li> <li>Flexibility to work overtime.</li> </ul>
