Job Description
As a Insurance Policy Development Consultant you will lead customer consulting engagements related to ISO forms across various lines of business. You will also lead filing work associated with consulting engagements. The Forms Consulting Engagement Lead role will be a part of the Insurance Consulting team.
To accomplish these goals, you will need to:
- Consult customers on adopting, customizing and implementing ISO forms
- Manage workstreams of client projects from planning through delivery; Anticipate and mitigate project issues to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality work
- Oversee development of customer policy forms, endorsements and related materials
- Drive business development: identify opportunities for forms consulting projects and develop client proposals
- Mentor junior level staff as necessary
- Collaborate with other Verisk internal teams such as Product, Legal and Sales
- File and monitor filing status of consulting customers’ ISO-based filings

Qualifications
- Preferred candidates will bring the following skills and qualifications to the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of product development experience or equivalent insurance-related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with internal and external personnel
- Excellent ability to work independently with proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Interest in consulting, facing off with clients, and embrace the diversity of the work
- Experience working with ISO coverage materials
- SERFF experience
- Active pursuit of CPCU designation or other insurance education preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Demonstratable experience as a mentor
