Responsibilities:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 4+ years of work experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI
- Hand on experience with data analysis using SQL is a must have
- Past project experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration, and packaged applications
- Experience with data quality assessment, cleansing, and improvement efforts
- Data sourcing, data mapping, data profiling, data mining, documenting data definitions
- Working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
- Business Requirements analysis, Data validation and UAT support experience
- Ability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate business expectations to cross-functional development teams, document analysis findings that can be easily understood
- Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project Team
- Strong Analytical skills & presentation of data anomalies
- Strong P&C Insurance knowledge especially in Commercial Property, General Liability, Inland Marine, Product Liability, Auto and Umbrella BU's
