We are currently seeking a SAP S4 EWM functional Lead consultant to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Location- US 

SAP S/4 HANA WM/eWM Funcitonal Lead-
•    Experience: 
o    A minimum of 10+ years in a senior SAP WM/EWM consultant role 
o    End to End SAP S/4HANA implementation is a must
o    Collaborate with other SAP team members to ensure seamless integration across modules.
o    Monitor and optimize inventory management processes using SAP MM and WM functionalities.
o    At all times adhere to GxP and IT QMS standards and deliver highest quality process design, functional requirements, configuration, testing and documentation.
o    Work closely with relevant business functions across all global sites to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities and system needs.
o    Document configuration changes and provide training to end-users.
o    Analyze complex warehouse processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
o    Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities, including warehouse movements, putaway and picking strategies, storage unit management, and handling unit management.
o    Ensure seamless integration of SAP WM with other relevant modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, IM).
o    Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, regression, UAT) to validate SAP WM configurations and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
o    Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting and resolving functional issues related to SAP WM, adhering to IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
o    Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business users, providing training and guidance on SAP WM functionalities and best practices.
o    Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers) to address development needs, implement enhancements, and ensure successful integration with external systems (e.g., TMS, RF scanning solutions, barcode systems, label printing solutions).
o    Stay updated with the latest SAP WM advancements, including SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and recommend relevant solutions.
o    Proficiency in using and customizing SAP WM/EWM/MM features and functionalities
•    Education: 
o    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is usually expected.
o    S/4 HANA certification is preferred
•    Technical Skills: 
o    Proficiency in using and customizing SAP WM/EWM/MM features and functionalities
o    Hands-on experience with advanced and basic EWM capabilities including:
o    Inbound processing and putaway with Quality integration.
o    Internal warehouse processing, physical inventory, and internal stock movements.
o    Production integration and outbound processing including wave picking and staging.
o    Integration with external systems such as 3PLs or warehouse control systems.
o    SAP Module Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of how EWM and WM integrate with other SAP modules and applications such as Quality Management, Manufacturing, Transportation Management, and Material Flow Systems.
o    Fiori and Mobile Solutions Expertise: Proficient in the use and configuration of Fiori applications within the LE/WM and EWM areas, with knowledge of mobile functionalities that support warehouse processes.
•    Soft Skills: 
o    Key soft skills include strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities. 
o    Strong client communications under the guidance of project leadership
o    The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, presentation skills, the capacity to work independently, and strong organizational skills are also valuable
o    Working as module lead, team lead and team member
o    Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs.
o    Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
