Mission of the Role: Develop and deploy change management strategies to enable smooth transition to SAP in the company.

 

Key Objectives of this Role:  

• Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager in SAP project initiatives.
• Assist in developing communication plans and materials to facilitate project awareness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and address organizational impacts of SAP implementations.
• Contribute to the creation of training programs and materials for end-users.
• Participate in change readiness assessments and feedback collection.
• Assist in executing change management strategies to ensure project success.

 

Key Performance Indicators:  

• Weekly progress report of assigned tasks.
• Successful completion of tasks and evidence of deliverables 
• Delivery of required documentation 
• Feedback from stakeholders 

 

Key Deliverables:  

• Evidence showing full understanding of the project plans.
• Delivery of the assigned tasks.

• Prepare presentation summarizing accomplished tasks aligned with the objective assignment.  
• Document learnings from the internship.

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, with a focus on organizational psychology, communication, or a related field.
• Interest in change management and its application in SAP projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to independently perform assignments without continuous supervision.
