Position Overview

As the Principal of AI Applications, you will apply artificial intelligence platforms to solve key business questions or provide insights to business opportunities using the vast amounts of employee, data center operations telemetry, and other data that the company collects. You will also be responsible for resolving and suggesting appropriate AI platforms to gain business efficiencies. You will work closely with senior management, business partners, and technical teams to deliver innovative and scalable AI solutions that align with the company's vision and strategy.

This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

Essential Job Functions

• Define and complete the AI strategy and roadmap for the company, in collaboration with senior leadership and business units.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI applications that address various business problems and opportunities, such as employee engagement, data center optimization, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

• Identify and evaluate new AI platforms, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the company's capabilities and competitive advantage.

• Establish and carry out best practices, standards, and methodologies for AI development, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards for AI applications.

• Communicate and present AI solutions and results to senior management, business team members, and external partners.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the AI field.

• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience in the field required.

• Master's degree or PhD in AI or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying AI applications, using various AI platforms, tools, and frameworks and leading AI projects and initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and applications, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, etc.

• Consistent track record of delivering innovative and impactful AI solutions that solve real-world business problems and add new value.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

• Highly motivated, dedicated, and collaborative, with a passion for AI and continuous learning.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: $180,000-200,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
