About the Role

The Director, Brand Programs and Sponsorships will lead the overarching strategy and vision for the company’s global brand and sponsorship initiatives and play a vital role in continuing to grow these programs and deliver excellence in planning, execution, and measurement. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and contribute to Arctic Wolf’s brand programs including annual planning and creation of new brand projects.

  • Lead the day-to-day and overall management of existing sponsorship programs, including event execution and on-site support.

  • Create an annual plan for each sponsorship and propose activations to support major moments and always-on programs.

  • Drive communications to ensure brand objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out.

  • Partner with Demand Marketing, Partner Marketing, Comms, and internal collaborators to act as a key point of contact and integration with the full Marketing organization.

  • Strategically lead the cross-functional team of comms and social media leads, creative, producers and strategists in the planning and implementation of brand programs and marquee deliverables.

  • Drive efforts related to brand programs evolution, partnering closely with Creative, program managers, Comms, Sales, and PMM on program rollout.

  • Champion the synthesis and evolution of program measurement and ROI definition and attainment.

  • Lead and collaborate with creative on key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion.

  • Author and review campaign briefs and creative briefs.

  • Provide input to ensure campaigns and deliverables are meeting objectives.

  • Conduct program audits to identify areas of improvement.

  • Provide budget management at an annual and quarterly basis.

Who You Are

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior, utilizing this information to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.

  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results under pressure

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • 8+ years of overall marketing experience

  • 5+ years of managing sponsored brand programs
