Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1st Shift: (7:00 AM - 4:00PM)</li> <li>Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network and security incidents.</li> <li>Act as the primary escalation point for major network outages and security incidents.</li> <li>Identify areas for incident responses to be automated and tools to be optimized.</li> <li>Collaborate with Operations and engineering teams to maintain optimal service levels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active TS/SCI clearance</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a NOSC, NOC, or SOC environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and configuration experience of network monitoring (e.g. SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and SIEM tools (e.g. Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).</li> <li>Experience managing network incidents, security events, and cyber threat response.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, incident management, and service desk operations.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li> </ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $168,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
