Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical Group's Primary Care team. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, whole-person care across the lifespan - from health promotion and prevention to diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions - within a collaborative team that values continuity of care and patient trust.

This is a great fit for an NP who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and practice evidence-based primary care with the backing of a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across all ages
• Promote wellness and prevention while diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in line with state regulations and hospital policy
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Illinois RN and APRN licensure
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS preferred
• Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, patient-first mindset
