Hajimari Intern, Demand Planning (Shiseido/Cle de Peau Beaute)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Demand Planning Intern for the brands Shiseido & Cle de Peau Beaute. As a key member of the S&OP team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting systems to provide improved visibility for domestic markets.

• Collaborate with the demand planning team to understand current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Take ownership of a project aimed at enhancing existing reports, ensuring accuracy, and implementing improvements for days of inventory coverage.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to tailor reports to meet diverse business needs.
• Assist in day-to-day supply planning tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the typical responsibilities of the demand planning function.
• Analyze data and propose insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
• Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
