The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize our revenue operations function within the debt relief industry. This key role will drive strategic initiatives to maximize our ability to help clients while ensuring sustainable business growth. You will support data-driven decision-making across our client acquisition, debt negotiation, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy and Program Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our debt relief programs' effectiveness and client outcomes
- Identify opportunities to increase the number of clients served and improve program completion rates
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve revenue targets that align with our mission of helping clients become debt-free
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our debt relief programs' effectiveness and client outcomes
- Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct complex analyses of client data, debt settlement outcomes, and program performance
- Build predictive models to forecast trends in client acquisition, program success rates, and revenue
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking of key metrics in the debt relief process
- Generate insights to improve client qualification processes and debt negotiation strategies

- Client Journey and CRM Optimization:
- Design and optimize end-to-end client journey processes to maximize program enrollment and successful debt settlements
- Implement and manage CRM systems tailored to the debt relief industry, ensuring efficient tracking of client progress and outcomes
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all stages of the debt relief process
- Create workflows and automations to enhance client communication and support throughout their debt relief journey
- Design and optimize end-to-end client journey processes to maximize program enrollment and successful debt settlements
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Client Acquisition, Debt Negotiation, Customer Success, and Compliance teams
- Provide data-driven insights to inform program development and pricing strategies
- Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements in the debt relief industry
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices

- Performance Management and Team Enablement:
- Develop training programs focused on improving client enrollment rates and successful program completions
- Create and maintain playbooks for debt consultants and negotiators
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for client-facing teams, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Develop incentive structures that align with both client success and company goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, preferably in the contact center industry.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of implementing optimization strategies that have resulted in improved client outcomes and business growth
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools relevant to the debt relief industry
- Experience with telephone dialing systems
- Strong understanding of debt relief processes, consumer credit, and financial regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of the US consumer debt landscape and debt relief regulations (is a bonus but not essential)
