<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>GIC Process (India)<p><br/><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>None<p><br/><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>None<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u>:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) on AML investigations reviews across Retail Banking and Crypto domains</p></li><li><p>Assess analyst decisions on customer risk profiling, transaction analysis, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity identification</p></li><li><p>Conduct deep-dive QC audits ensuring completeness, accuracy, regulatory alignment, and strong case narrative standards</p></li><li><p>Evaluate use of internal systems, third-party tools, blockchain analytics (for crypto exposure), and open-source intelligence (OSINT)</p></li><li><p>Identify gaps, risk misses, and process deviations, and ensure adherence to AML policies, regulatory guidelines, and client-specific procedures</p></li><li><p>Provide actionable, structured feedback and coaching to analysts to drive continuous quality improvement</p></li><li><p>Act as a SME and on-demand trainer, delivering<span><span> r</span></span>efresher sessions on AML concepts <span>(CDD/EDD/KYC/SAR/TMS),</span> <span><span>d</span></span>omain-specific modules (Retail Banking customer risk, Crypto transaction monitoring), and calibration sessions and best-practice sharing<span> </span></p></li><li><p>Maintain and publish quality dashboards, scorecards, error trend analysis, and RCA reports</p></li><li><p>Partner with Operations, Training, and Client stakeholders to close quality gaps and improve performance</p></li><li><p>Drive quality calibration discussions, ensuring consistency in interpretation of policies across teams</p></li><li><p>Support process improvements, SOP updates, and audit readiness initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to productivity, TAT, and quality SLAs while maintaining high attention to detail</p></li></ul><p><br/><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Must be a graduate in any streams from a recognized university</p></li><li><p>Minimum 6 years of AML experience in Crypto/TMS/ EDD /processes, with:</p></li><li><p>Proven track record as a strong performer, consistently meeting/exceeding quality and productivity benchmarks.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory exposure to training and coaching analysts, including conducting knowledge sessions, providing structured feedback, and driving performance improvement.</p></li><li><p>Experience in handling team-level responsibilities, acting as a go-to SME for process queries, escalations, and quality-related guidance.</p></li><li><p>Ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing strong communication, professionalism, and confidence in discussions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated capability to balance QC responsibilities with team support, stakeholder interactions, and deliverables without compromising quality.</p></li><li><p>A clear readiness to operate beyond an individual contributor role, with ownership mindset and ability to influence team outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and improve analyst performance through structured feedback.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or as per project requirements.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b><u>What Would Be Nice To Have</u>:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Experience working in Crypto AML / Blockchain Analytics tools<span> </span></p></li><li><p>Exposure to global regulatory frameworks (FATF, FinCEN, FCA, MAS, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Prior experience as a Trainer / Coach / SME, which may include delivering structured training programs or creating training decks and knowledge material</p></li><li><p>Experience in quality calibration frameworks and audit programs</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management with client-facing exposure</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><br/><p><b><u>About Guidehouse India</u></b></p><p>At Guidehouse India, we’re redefining what’s possible by creating opportunities that change lives.
