And we want you to be part of our journey!</p><p> </p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Work with the NPD cross functional team based in Kulim on the development of new products.</li><li>Oversees all activities associated with R&amp;D and NPD Quality.</li><li>Participates in multiple product development activities including Design Reviews, development of FMEA, audits, specification reviews, product transfer to standard mass production and selection / design of tools, gauges and inspection tools etc.</li><li>Supports transfer of manufacturing activities from R&amp;D pilot to production following the design validation.</li><li>Work with ADS global site’s new product introduction (NPI) team to execute flawless product launches.</li><li>Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools towards NPD and NPI.</li><li>Identify and document critical to quality process parameters and product characteristics in FMEA and control plans.</li><li>Quantify reliability margins via Design for Reliability (DfR) and perform good device analysis.</li><li>Apply Design for Manufacturability (DfM) and complete capability study (Cpk) for special and critical process and product characteristics.</li><li>Harmonized common process recipes, quality plans (QP), ongoing reliability testing (ORT) and safe launch activities across all ADS global sites.</li><li>Support new component / material and ECN qualification activities</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Global Quality Leader.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Science or related fields. </li><li>At least 6 years of working experience in related fields and familiarization in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 manufacturing environments.</li><li>Electronic, semiconductor and automotive industry experience is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge and acumen in RFID technology is preferred but not a must.</li><li>Working knowledge of printing technologies including flexo, thermal, offset, digital and inkjet technology.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in creating and documenting IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) reporting.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical, mathematical, organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.</li><li>Ability to work well across global boundaries with all levels of management, employees and willingness to work on a global time.</li><li>Result oriented
