Finance Analysis Graduate (Temporary)

The Opportunity

Graduate position: One-year contract

Mission: As a Graduate Anaplan Analyst, you will support financial planning and analysis by assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and data reconciliation. Working within the Finance Analysis team, you will help enhance financial models, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, and ensure accurate reporting in the financial planning tool (Anaplan). This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop both financial and technical skills.

What you'll get to do

•    Support data reconciliation between Anaplan and other systems.
•    Help gather and document requirements for financial planning models.
•    Assist in building and maintaining Anaplan models for budgeting and forecasting.
•    Participate in training sessions to develop technical and financial skills.
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects in finance, data analysis, or business planning are a plus.

•    Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

•    Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.

•    Competencies: 
Proactive and eager to learn.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable handling data.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

•    Specific Knowledge required: 
Basic understanding of business planning and financial concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
