Partnership Program Manager Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Partner Program Management. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive and program manage technical integrations with industry-leading partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Equinix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and supporting resources, to ensure successful outcomes through partnerships within fixed time frames.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and program manage technical integrations with partners including Microsoft, AWS, and Equinix
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and supporting resources
• Create and execute results-focused plans with partner organizations to achieve objectives within fixed time frames
• Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders to drive cross-departmental initiatives
• Provide superior organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective management of projects and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in driving and program managing technical integrations with partners
• Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud networking, particularly with Microsoft, AWS, and Equinix platforms
• Excellent leadership, time and team management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges in partner program management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders

 

US Pay Range:

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $270k - $325k + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
