Reporting to the Legal Director for Western &amp; Southern Europe &amp; LATAM, and supported by a Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal decisions across Bolt’s mobility services. Your primary focus will be <strong>Western &amp; Southern </strong><strong>Europe</strong>, particularly France, Belgium, Italy, and Greece, with flexibility to support other markets as needed.</p> <p><br/><br/></p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br/>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br/><br/></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Advise the Business teams on legal matters across Ride-Hailing and Micromobility, ensuring compliance while enabling business innovation and growth.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Work closely with Tax, Privacy, and Public Policy teams to address legal challenges and support business objectives.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Draft and oversee terms of use and agreements, manage disputes, and mitigate risks within your assigned region.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Create and refine legal templates, playbooks, and self-service tools, integrating AI and legal tech innovations.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Stay updated on legal developments, coordinate external legal support and manage budgets.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Independently handle complex legal matters, develop business acumen, and provide strategic risk assessments to inform market strategies.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br/>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p> </p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Law degree with 7-12 years of experience, preferably in a law firm or an international company (in-house experience preferred).&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Fluent in French, Italian and English, with excellent legal drafting skills (Greek would be a plus).&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Expertise in consumer protection, contract law, and the gig economy.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Ability to use your own initiative to drive forward matters to deliver consistent results.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br/>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
