Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><p><strong>Your Impact </strong><br><br>As an Electrical Engineer II on Axon’s Video Electrical Engineering team, you will be a key hands-on contributor to the design and delivery of next-generation video hardware. You will own the detailed design, bring-up, validation, and debug of key circuits and subsystems, working closely with senior electrical engineers and cross-functional partners to translate product and architecture goals into robust, manufacturable hardware. Your technical skill, curiosity, and execution will directly contribute to the performance, reliability, and quality of products used every day in the field.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop high-quality embedded electronic circuits and subsystems for Axon’s video products, wired and wireless devices, and low-power accessories.</li> <li>Own detailed design and implementation of mixed-signal hardware blocks in collaboration with senior electrical engineers and cross-functional partners.</li> <li>Contribute to subsystem architecture and hardware design decisions, helping translate system requirements into practical circuit implementations.</li> <li>Create embedded mixed-signal schematics in OrCAD, integrating components such as application processors, memory, high-speed digital interfaces, RF transceivers, power supplies, battery charging systems, audio, and sensors.</li> <li>Work closely with PCB design engineers to define requirements, review layouts, and improve implementation quality for dense, high-performance embedded boards.</li> <li>Personally bring up, characterize, debug, and validate circuits and systems using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, multimeters, and custom test setups.</li> <li>Analyze test data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve performance, robustness, and reliability.</li> <li>Improve designs through simulation, bench measurement, and iterative development to meet product, system, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Develop and maintain BOMs, design documentation, test plan
