Logistics Coordinator

• Process production orders for truck shipments to comply with specified shipping lead time.

• Process LTL, truckload & expedite shipments (Inbound and outbound) using Acumatica and TMS.

• Calculate and add customer freight charges (and carrier costs) to orders in TMS and Acumatica.

• Provide LTL freight quotes to customers and sales departments in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot and develop solutions with challenging delivery locations and time sensitivity.

• Assist with carrier freight bill audit.

• Provide freight claim processing as needed.

• Provide Support on parcel quotes and carrier invoice audit.

• Enter international orders online as needed.

• BU support to LTL Office and OS&D Freight positions.

• Provide backup to Flagpole Sales by processing bid invites within Construct Connect.

• Assist in small projects as needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Over 1-3 years of previous experience in logistics or a related role.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

• Efficient in Microsoft Office.
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with Transportation and/or Logistics programs.
• Detail orientated.
