What you can look forward to as Manager (m/f/d) Commercial REM and Governance:

• Lead Commercial Real Estate Management worldwide
• Gain transparency in REM occupancy costs; benchmarking costs, investment projects, used/unused spaces
• Plan floor space requirements and optimize real estate portfolio
• Support BU with preliminary study of space needs, allocations and cost estimations based on master planning 
• Advise and support on the execution of Real Estate Transactions (sell, buy, lease) as well as energy management
• Technical project- and process controlling; conduction and/or evaluation of cost calculations for national and international REM projects; risk assessment
• Quality assurance of the investment approval process according to established guidelines
• Ensure REM Governance including responsibility for REM guidelines, working instructions and compliance

 

Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Commercial REM and Governance:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, preferably with additional technical real estate degree
• 7 years + experience in global corporate REM
• Core background in transaction (sell, buy, lease)/ governance & tools / financial real estate aspects 
• Collaborative and decision oriented
• Strong communication skills in fluent Business English as well as (global) networking and leadership skills
• Strong technical background and analytical skills
• Ability to drive innovative topics
