Customer Service Specialist (Export)

Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd. is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe is looking for a Customer Service Agent with English and German languages skills for back office tasks:

• Recording and modifying orders
• Handling complaints
• Contacting customers in writing
• Written and verbal communication with international colleagues
• Preparing and amending price quotations

We're looking for you if

• Advanced German and English languages skills.                                                     
• Ability to work reliably.                                                                             
• Ability to work independently and accurately.                             
• Computer skills at user level.
• You are willing to undertake hybrid work, occasionally joining us in Hódmezővásárhely!
