Job Description: Service Design Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The role of Service Design Analyst is critical to our consultancy mission at Keystone Solutions. As a consultant, you will engage with our clients on-site, transforming user experiences through your innovative design skills while collaborating on strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of user experiences as a Keystone Solutions consultant, including research, ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Facilitate the definition, articulation, and communication of strategic objectives throughout the design process in close collaboration with our client.
• Collaborate closely with clients, end users, project teams, designers, analysts, and developers to craft exceptional and relevant experiences, utilizing Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework.
• Act as a liaison between various departments, projects, and teams to ensure alignment and communication, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the engagement.
• Monitor progress, provide updates on accomplishments, and oversee the optimization of internal cross-functional processes to align with Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Required Profile:

• Proficient in design software, including Adobe XD, Axure, Conceptboard, and Figma, with significant expertise in Figma.
• Familiar with tools such as Mentimeter for collaboration and communication purposes.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and their practical application in client projects.
• Experienced in iterative and user-centered design methodologies, with a focus on testing and validating solutions.
• Bilingual in French and Dutch, with excellent skills in communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement.
