We are looking for an Associate Director specializing in Cloud Workload Analysis and Migration  to lead high-impact projects, drive business growth, and inspire consulting teams to deliver excellence.</p><p><br/>As an Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization, combining technical mastery, consulting expertise, and leadership acumen to transform client IT landscapes.</p><p></p><p>Your responsibilities will encompass:  </p><p></p><p>Strategic Leadership:  </p><ul><li><p>Sales and Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead pre-sales and sales initiatives, including responding to RFI/RFP processes, developing compelling proposals, and shaping winning strategies.  </p></li><li><p>Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to align cloud modernization solutions with business goals.  </p></li><li><p>Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by showcasing the value of cloud transformation services.  </p></li><li><p>Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, contribute to publications, and establish a reputation as a leader in cloud modernization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Project Oversight and Delivery: </p><ul><li><p>Program Leadership: Oversee complex cloud workload modernization programs, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.  </p></li><li><p>Team Leadership: Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.</p></li><li><p>Technical Direction: Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge cloud architectures, landing zones, and modernization strategies.  </p></li><li><p>Governance and Quality: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, ITIL/COBIT frameworks, and best practices for quality and security.  </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Technical and Consulting Expertise:  </p><ul><li><p>Workload Analysis: Lead comprehensive analyses of workloads across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, identifying opportunities for modernization.  </p></li><li><p>Modernization Roadmaps: Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud workload transformation, including refactoring, replatforming, and rehosting legacy systems.  </p></li><li><p>Cloud Integration: Leverage expertise in cloud-native services and technologies to deliver innovative, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.  </p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Communication: Deliver executive-level presentations, management summaries, and actionable recommendations to clients and partners.  </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Why Join Us?<br/>As an Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of cloud transformation, driving innovation, shaping strategies, and leading talented teams. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.</p><p></p><p><br/>Required Technical and Professional Experience</p><ul><li><p>Deep expertise in major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), their core services, and cloud-native technologies.  </p></li><li><p>7+ years of experience in IT management consulting, with the ability to align technology solutions to complex business challenges.  </p></li><li><p>Strong experience leading pre-sales efforts, including RFI/RFP processes, proposal development, and closing strategic deals.  </p></li><li><p>Experience as a Cloud Architect / Specialist AI Architect / Specialist or similar</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of IT operations, service management (ITIL, COBIT), and enterprise governance frameworks.  </p></li><li><p>Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing large-scale projects, and mentoring junior consultants.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentatio
