This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst on the Feasibility & Investment Analysis team reporting to Sr. Director, Feasibility & Investment Analysis, you will act as an internal consultant to various departments, as well as perform and create a variety of market and financial analyses.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Take ownership of assigned project. Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape and market trends and synthesize internal benchmarks.
• Ask questions to gather missing pieces and information to develop and model a coherent underwriting narrative.
• Socialize with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Engage with our Development and Operations teams to understand the context of the project.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Market analysis, feasibility studies and franchise contract valuations.

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Hotel P&Ls, operating models and KPIs
• Understanding the first principles of hotel real estate valuation
• Strong MS Excel skills, including manipulating complex spreadsheets
