What Are We Looking For?

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive successful implementation of a velocity low-touch sales motion. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring its successful execution of new customer acquisition and conversion strategies, and delivering a seamless program structure and customer experience. As a business transformation leader, you will be accountable for developing and executing the program strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving program goals and targets.

 

What Will You Be Doing?

 

Program Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and articulate strategy for velocity low-touch sales motion.
  • Design overall program structure, including sales motion, lead management, customer user experience, SLAs to ensure conversion and follow up, and performance criteria.
  • Create a comprehensive program plan with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the program with company goals and customer needs, including across Sales, IT, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Architect and manage successful delivery of program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, IT, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams, to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels across departments, and ensure delivery of program objectives within defined timelines.

 

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure that program provides a user-friendly and efficient experience for small customers.
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer journeys to ensure conversion, and increase adoption and satisfaction.

 

KPI Management:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
  • Regularly report progress to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

Vendor and MSSP Management:

  • Oversee selection and management of MSSPs participating in the BuyNow program.
  • Establish strong partnerships with MSSPs and vendors, ensuring alignment with program goals and SLAs.

 

What Skills Will You Need?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven success in launching and managing initiatives in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with Channel GTM, Digital Sales, and/or Sales program management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience defining and tracking program objectives and milestones while managing internal and external stakeholders; a track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple timezones and from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
