The Opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to help us achieve our people strategy and build a high performing culture that enables our people to thrive and reach their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, ambitious, experienced, HR professional with a commercial mindset to drive our core people processes and strategic projects in a high growth, fast paced, operating environment. 

This role will have People responsibility for our regional New York office, our remote U.S. based employees and our Sales, Marketing and Client facing teams globally.  They will be a key member of a global business partnering team and larger people team. They will partner with leaders on all aspects of employee engagement with particular emphasis on Talent Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Design and Development initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic people partnership and counsel to our Sales, Client Success and Marketing teams in the U.S. and globally.
  • Own, create and implement People initiatives, projects and processes incorporating best practice which enable the company’s people strategy and can be scaled internationally.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization to build leadership capability and develop team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with other HR COE functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Operations etc.) to advise on the design and implementation of relevant programs.
  • Ongoing review, implementation and maintenance of the full range of policies required to ensure HR best practice and meet U.S. compliance requirements.
  • Establish, assess and analyze HR metrics, performance indicators and design appropriate strategies.
  • Assist in all talent acquisition activities including supporting recruitment domestically and internationally, global mobility, graduate recruitment and talent development initiatives to ensure workforce planning is in place.
  • Ensure that employee surveys are conducted, and that data captured is analyzed and foster appropriate programmes to achieve our people and business strategy. Support employee feedback initiatives and ensure insights are gathered and then used to drive initiatives that increase employee engagement and support business priorities.
  • Support relevant stakeholders in handling routine employee relations issues including grievance and disciplinary issues as they arise, ensuring cases are addressed and resolved in a timely manner, following best practice.
  • Work with the People business partnering team to build and implement plans for employee involvement and engagement initiatives across the organization.
  • Actively support the “Life@ESW” engagement initiatives identifying opportunities to foster a sense of inclusion and belonging at ESW and embed our Values. 

Requirements 

  • 8+ years proven experience in commercially orientated Business Partner positions in fast-paced, high growth, companies.
  • Proven experience and a detailed understanding of operational People processes and practice.
  • Experience of designing and implementing new and innovative People processes. 
  • Previous experience in supporting U.S. based programmes including open enrolment also an advantage.
  • Project management expertise; experience managing multiple programs and delivering internationally through teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience of handling employee relations issues to completion with U.S. domestic experience an advantage.
  • Tried and tested capability to lead on and implement projects and processes.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Excellent active listening, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management especially at a senior level.
  • A solution orientated approach that is customer centric and pragmatic is also required. 

The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $130,000 base salary.
