Property Soar is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate records, managing data, and supporting our operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and cross-check information for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized and accessible electronic and paper files.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies or issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and database management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry are a plus.
• Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred but not required.
