Senior Product Manager, Field Operations (Remote)

About the role
Aledade is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Operating Model team which seeks to increase the scalability and efficiency of our rapidly-growing organization by bringing effective technology and optimized processes to our internal operations, including our Field teams. This is an opportunity to lead and execute key initiatives that are critical to the future success of our business and that of our clients.
Aledade’s Field teams are the folks on the ground in over 30 states who are helping medical practice physicians and staff make the shift into value based care. They serve as consultants and project managers, championing and driving initiatives with practices that aim to improve patient care and reduce costs. They meet with practices regularly, help keep initiatives organized, set goals, track performance, and train staff on workflows to incorporate the Aledade technology into their daily activities. Field teams are supported by a centralized Performance team that provides cross-market leadership and support.
In this role, you will help inform the strategy and drive the implementation of product and process solutions that improve the day to day productivity and effectiveness of our Field operations teams while delivering long-term strategic value to our customers. You will partner with stakeholders from the Field, the Performance team and Network Success to understand their challenges and develop tools and processes that enable them to meet their goals. You will work with Corporate Systems, Engineering, and third party vendors with support from Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Impact Analytics, and Experience Design to execute on a product roadmap and deliver in an agile environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record in product management, process creation, process improvement, and ongoing program/project management. The ideal candidate will also be creative and able to think outside the box. The solutions we need could be technical, operational, and/or organizational. You will not be simply running agile ceremonies to make incremental changes to an established product. You might be building something from scratch, or you might be stitching together existing enterprise applications in a novel way. You will be figuring out how to make our operations more scalable. We seek someone who is well-rounded in experience and thought, and able to develop and champion points of view that help evolve the business.
This is an individual contributor role that requires exceptional analytical skills, bias toward action, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Having familiarity with customer success, client performance management, and or client operations is a plus. This role will report to the Director of Product Management for the Performance track of the Aledade Operating Model.
