Description
Project Manager
The ultimate purpose for your position is to coordinate with designers, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors to be an integral part of a successful project. As a part of your role and growth you will be asked to:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Jobsite Coordination which includes:
- Ability to verify jobsite conditions and readiness of food service equipment.
- Ability to verify field measurements as needed.
- Coordinating of multiple subcontractors for installation of food service equipment.
- Primary contact for General Contractors from procurement stage to completion
- Participate in weekly bid scheduling and project management meetings
- Management of development schedule - confirming account set up, orders entered, and project notes.
- Scheduling install/delivery dates with staging company and internal warehouses.
- Management of shared drive- running the open order report for project summary.
- Creates and maintains strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ensuring plan checks and quoting is in alignment with project requirements
- Order reconciliation to close out job accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing your business in a profitable manner ensuring minimum goals are met or exceeded.
- Understanding our core principals and adhering to them in every decision that is made.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed.
Requirements
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
? Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
? Previous customer service, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
? Computer literacy including strong excel knowledge and typing acumen.
? Proficient in job relevant specialized software: Autoquotes & General Contractor Software (Procure).
? Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
? Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
? Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
? The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
? Works well independently and in a team environment.
? High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
? Minimum of OSHA 10 Certified but preferred OSHA 30
? Ability to maintain a company insurable driving record.
Work Environment:
Indoor and outdoor, working remote, office and at worksites. Generally indoor work environment with variable conditions.
Physical demands:
- Occasionally stand, stoop, bend, lift and kneel.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers.
