Within the Shareholder Mail (SHM) team, the Client Project Administrator role is responsible for partnering closely with SHM Relationship administrators to ensure client campaigns are set up and facilitated on time with 100% accuracy. The right candidate will be detailed oriented, have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and have a passion for quality, metrics and process improvement.
Work Modes- Hybrid Flexible Work Options: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Work collectively with SHM Relationship Administrators to coordinate all aspects of client campaigns
- Learn and complete Broadridge tasks with high accuracy such as job setups, quantity verifications, DDS print requests, file and change loads, host and post e-mails while being able to assist other teams during busy periods
- Conduct thorough data QC verifications on all quarterly business reviews
- Be available to participate in Broadridge disaster recovery testing outside normal business hours
- Facilitate Streetlink mailings on behalf of our clients
- Build and/or QC client mailing affidavits and QBR’s
- Complete client reporting on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through with different internal teams to meet deadlines
- A self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
- Highly adaptable and team-oriented
- Values being part of a diverse team
- Some schedule flexibility may be required
- Highly capable in Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Knowledge of Proxy Plus, WMS and ICS Online a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $26 - $28 per hour depending on experience
- Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
- Paid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per year
