The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the premium sales team for the LA28 Olympic Games, ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations, client engagement, and process management. This individual will be responsible for planning and creating the premium hospitality offerings, coordinating sales activities, managing CRM and sales platforms, driving the development of sales tools and collateral, assisting with high-profile client interactions, providing operational support to drive revenue success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a lead role in helping set the strategy, planning and execution of the overarching premium experiences program for the Los Angeles Olympics and Paralympics
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Optimo) to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client engagement.
- Help to determine product formation, sales timelines, and presentation tools
- Coordinate with venues, internal teams, and external sales agents to ensure smooth execution of sales goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time availability updates.
Client & Partner Engagement:
- Support sales executives in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for high-value clients.
- Handle inbound client inquiries, providing timely and detailed information and assisting in the sales process.
- Coordinate sales events, venue tours, and on-site hospitality activations to enhance client experience.
- Assist in managing relationships with key partners, agencies, and venues involved in premium sales.
Sales Materials & Marketing Alignment:
- Work with the marketing team to develop and update sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
- Ensure all sales tools are properly integrated into the sales process, including pricing updates and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and contribute to optimizing the sales playbook.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Track sales KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership on sales performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline sales workflows.
- Support sales training initiatives by providing updated materials and assisting in onboarding new sales staff.
Travel
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required throughout the year, including periods of remote work within local offices within host cities. A valid passport is mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Miniumum 3 years global event experience in a sporting environment (rights holder or agency).
Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Written Skills.
- A tireless, dynamic, proactive approach to problem solving.
- Established relationships and established database with key corporate clients.
- Sales Force CRM expertise, Powerpoint and Excel.
