It takes 3 things to sell a vehicle: Cars, Customers, and Credit. Experian Automotive is the only primary data source for all three. </p><p>Experian Automotive achieves ambitious revenue growth by leveraging the full breadth of the Experian product portfolio. As such, the business unit provides a unique opportunity for individuals to build knowledge and networks across the entirety of the North America region. </p><p>The Senior Analyst role will be a key business partner to help the Automotive business unit achieve its objectives. The role will require a growth mindset as we aspire to continue our double-digit revenue growth. This entails collaboration with sales leadership and sales operations to identify new opportunities as well as working across local, regional, and global finance on sustainable processes and leveraging new systems aligned with the Digital Finance strategy. </p><p>This is a particularly exciting time to be joining the Experian North America finance team as we continue our journey to world class finance. Team members are encouraged to take advantage of numerous personal development opportunities such as, lean/six sigma training and Automation/Robotics, as we continue our journey to world class.</p><p>Responsabilities:</p><ul><li>Enhance existing commission processes to drive further automation.</li><li>Establish standardized quota timelines and client transfer processes to eliminate commission plan reissue.</li><li>Assist with sales rep onboarding processes.</li><li>Drive transparency into sales performance via sales stack ranking analysis and improved sales opportunity reporting/analysis.</li><li>Drive streamlined compensation plan distribution process.</li><li>Drive integration between sales forecast, budget, and quota processes to reduce error and accelerate quota distribution.</li><li>Drive efficiencies/process improvement through Robotics Process Automation and LEAN.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Applicants must meet the following requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.</li><li>Master’s in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management accountant preferred.</li><li>English fluency.</li><li>4+ years progressive experience in commercial finance or business unit FP&A or similar business partnering role.</li><li>Experience with working in an offshore shared service center preferred.</li><li>Experience working on commission process and partnership with sales teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.</li><li>Highly motivated, results-driven finance professional.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to produce clear, actionable business solutions to finance and operational leaders.</li><li>Ability to constructively challenge ideas and make decisions.</li><li>Superior communicatio
