These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.    </span></span></p> <p><span><span>  </span></span></p> <p><span><span><b>What you’ll be doing:</b>  </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Leading a diverse Team of 10 Sourcing managers directly, across different locations with all the management/administration activities around that</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Being a part of the Technology management team, working with Peers to solve complex issues and plan ahead</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Driving the more complex Technology sourcing projects for software and hardware when required</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Stakeholder management of other technology leaders, understanding demand and their requirements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Being involved and coordinating in various regulatory requirements and risk management, that is common in the banking industry</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Being a change agent, through thinking outside the box and promoting a feedback culture</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Who you are</b></span></span><br/>  </p> <p><b><span><span>This is the right role for you if you:</span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Are an Expert in the procurement and sourcing of Technology, with a knowledge that is in the top tier of how this is done</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Can communicate complex ideas in a simple way to different types of audience</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Enjoy to lead and collaborate with people with different backgrounds and visions, towards the same goal, in a complex environment</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Have a sound commercial knowledge, with excellent negotiation skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Independently lead complex and strategic sourcing activities, acting as a senior project manager or program manager, to ensure alignment with Nordea Sourcing Policy and Nordea Sourcing Toolkits</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Independently manage and resolve issues with Nordea's stakeholders and suppliers on an ongoing basis, effectively handling potential conflicts as they arise</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>Your background and skills include:</span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span>University Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Engineering</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</span></span></li> <li><span><span>15+ years’ experience within a Technology position, ideally from a procurement position or could be from a commercial and contract perspective, either from the customer or supplier side</span></span></li> <li><span><span>5+ years as leader in Procurement</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You have been independently driving MM€ sourcing projects, contracts on a multi-project, cross-functional environment</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ideally you understand the Technology supplier landscape in the Nordics</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Solid understanding of third party risk management </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in Banking or other highly regulated industry is a benefit</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>  </span></span></p> <p><b><span><span>As the Leader you are expected to and have a cruci
