How to contribute to our vision

·       Help on planning of Leadership activities.

·       Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.

·       Enhance workflows and streamline processes for seamless collaboration and information exchange

·       Coordinate team logistics, organization of key meetings, follow-ups.

·       Maintain documentation base in SharePoint. Create and maintain documentation.

·       Follow up actions and help stakeholders to deliver on time and quality.

In some cases, interim solutions will be required . We expect your contribution to:

·       Investigate and find solutions for issues that may appear.

·       Assist with billing processes and cost management.

What you need to make a difference

Passion and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

·       Experience or education in a research or data driven field such as economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computers, etc.

·       English is the working language in Siemens Energy, therefore fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in other languages will be appreciated.

·       Able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. Ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, which includes willingness to try and understand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.

·       Flexible and able to contribute to multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

·       Familiar with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

·       Comfortable managing complexity, ambiguity and change.

·       Solid methodical, able to understand conceptual ideas and represent them with schemas or draws
