About the role

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a world’s leading FMCG company, is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Athens.

The job holder will partner with business leaders, source and select candidates thus ensuring best in class professionals and leaders, who will further grow the company’s business.

Workplace Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, morning hours

Contract duration: Until Dec 2023

Main responsibilities:

This position will provide the person with the opportunity to further develop their sourcing, selection, and assessment skills, by leading recruitment projects for various departments and levels, across Greece & Cyprus. The job holder will also have an opportunity to work on cross-country projects and work alongside like-minded individuals.

More specifically the successful candidate will :

  • Orchestrate local Talent Acquisition & Identification activities
  • Responsible for the complete recruitment process (end-to-end) for all departments of the company with special focus on Sales Teams using various recruitment channels and sourcing
  • Advising line managers in the design and implementation of the sourcing and recruitment process
  • Conduct assessment tools related to each job function and job grade
  • Build successful relationships and network with different stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners
  • Liaise with employer branding for more effective talent attraction and campaigns and take part in various employer brand events to represent company and attract talent people
  • Ensure 100% compliance with the company recruitment process and policy
  • Support on performing talent mapping according to strategic workforce planning for key positions & maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to create pipelines for future needs
  • Maintain and manage a full applicant tracking system and different TA platforms and tools in place
  • Ensuring reporting of Talent Acquisition & Identification key figures

Requirements

  • At least 6months experience in recruitment and/or Sales experience
  • BSc or MSc degree in Business administration, Human Resources or relative field
  • MS office & computer literacy
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of external labor market and talent acquisition trends
  • Stakeholder management
