About the opportunity

Join our our Coach team, part of the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical as Marketing Manager in Atlanta to make a real impact every day. Reporting into the Senior Partner Manager and Marketing Lead, you will help us [briefly describe main objective/purpose]. Some of the other responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager and Marketing Lead,you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success the go-to-market plan in the ‘Coach’ segment. You will develop compelling product positioning and messaging, deliver integrated go-to-market programs driving growth, build impactful content for our marketing campaigns and events, and enable our commercial teams to execute at their best.  You will partner closely with key clients, community and influencers, as well as sales and product stakeholders across the organization to drive measurable impact in the global fitness coaching market. 

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering compelling stories and content, enabling sales teams, and driving pipeline with targeted marketing activities in partnership with field marketing and commercial sales teams.  You will have a great track record of managing integrated product campaigns and interpreting results. 

Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate high-quality leads. 
  • Manage the nurturing of leads, from initial contact to free trial and from free trial to conversion, using integrated marketing tools and techniques. 
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and engaging marketing collateral, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, flyers and social media content. 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activity performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts. 
  • Plan and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to generate brand awareness, foster relationships, and generate leads. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts and support business objectives. 
  • Partner with sales and field marketing teams in developing regional customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use. 
  • Align with Sales and regional Field Marketing teams to develop and deliver sales enablement materials that underpin campaign execution including lead generation and follow up. 
  • Support the launch process for key product launches through the local buyer campaign execution, including regional localisation of launch plans and content as required. 
  • Work with the Product team to translate product functionality and benefits into compelling marketing messages for new and existing coaches 
  • Drive brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time

Required qualifications for this role:
