Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the global price strategies for the Transmission & Axles assortment in coordination with Global Pricing, as well as independent implementation of market pricing (purchased and production parts, special tools, parts kits, components and complete units)
• Develop price proposals and price ranges for spare parts in line with global price strategies 

• Coordination with the regions to implement price adjustments according to the SPV (Sales Price Variance) targets.
• Further development and optimization of existing or future IT solutions for the Transmission & Axles assortment in cooperation with the Pricing Tools & Technologies Team, as well as responsibility for the operational implementation of the respective pricing measures
• Organization and optimization of cross-divisional specialist topics, taking into account cost, deadline, and quality criteria, as well as the development of holistic solutions beyond one's own area of responsibility

 

Your profile:

• Completed course of studies with a major in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable training with subject-specific professional experience
• Ideally several years of pricing experience and experience in employee management 

• Good automotive transmission product knowledge preferred
• Fluent English, and intermediate German

• knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills;

• Independence, resilience, assertiveness and a high level of communication skills
