Your Mission: Transform Challenges into Breakthrough Designs

As our Senior Design Engineer, you'll:

·         Lead the entire product development lifecycle from concept to prototype

·         Utilize cutting-edge CAD technologies to design revolutionary equipment

·         Collaborate across teams to ensure our products exceed regulatory and customer expectations

·         Apply the Terex New Product and Process Development (NPPD) methodology

·         Drive innovation through creative problem-solving and technical expertise

What We're Looking For? The Ideal Candidate has:

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

·         Expert-level technical knowledge and design skills

·         Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively

·         Proven track record of handling complex engineering challenges
