Global Logistics Operation

Job Description

Collaborate with purchasing folks & to ensure the supplier send ASN with BL/ AWB no in timely manner via E2O
Analyze & to provide solution ASN send on same or next day for the supplier on all mode of transportations
Assist the EO2 team open for ASN connection with the MIS's providers.
Assist all MSI's appointed carriers connected to E20 and send the freight milestones.
Analyze each freight milestones gap till POD into the Hub.
Provide suggestions to both E2O & MSI's providers for milestones connections improvement execution plan.
Present milestones KPIs to the providers and to seek improvement and present management KPIs to the Logistics Operation Team.

Basic Requirements

Minimum 5 years experiences in both factory/ shipper and freight forwarding role & responsibility.
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
Good analytical skills.
Great interpersonal skill and able to make connection with MSI's appointed carriers.
Able to present KPIs and monitor improvement plan from the providers.
