Job Description:
- Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget; responsible for planning and execution of various project deliverables, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall program plan (identifying and driving program dependencies to resolution)

• Must have 10 years of IT Project Management experience
• Must have experience managing Software Development projects in Agile
• Must have experience managing DevOps and cloud security
• Must have Bachelors Degree

Requirements

Typical task breakdown:

- Managing technical/Software projects, may include project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
- Guide/manage technical or project management staff
- Resolve issues, dependencies, and risks
- Lead and influence others to deliver on project commitments 
- Utilize agile training or extensive experience with sprint planning, daily scrums, to support and challenge development planning 
- Lead and participate in multiple meetings 
- Prepare and analyze status reports and meeting presentation material 

Education & Experience Required: 
- B.S. degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering with 10+ years of PM Working experience OR Masters’ degree in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines with 7+ years of PM Working experiences 
- PMP certification preferred and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Technical Skills 
- 3+ years of background in Software development 
- 7+ years’ Experience managing Software development projects in in Agile environment 
- 5+ years’ experience managing DevOps and cloud security 
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project 
- Strong communication and presentation skills 

Desired
- Certification or knowledge of AWS is highly desirable 
- Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects is highly desirable 
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) 
- Change Management Certification preferred 
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desirable 
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
