Donor Challenge Student Worker positions are open ONLY to applicants who have demonstrated a track record of leadership and dependability through Annual Giving, Class Gift Campaign, or other similar campus activities. As a Donor Challenge Student Worker, you will be responsible for helping directly solicit– via phone– alumnae, parents, and friends of the College to secure support for Donor Challenge, the College’s annual day of giving. You will be expected to answer questions from prospective donors, completing daily call reports for your supervisor, and assist in other duties as assigned. This is a critically important revenue generating position for the College. Donor Challenge Student Workers are expected to help with stewardship initiatives, as necessary. Working in both the Noble Family Dining Hall, as well as working the phone within the Advancement Suite, is required for this position. The date of this year's Donor Challenge is Thursday, February 26th. Please note, this position takes place during the evening (Mondays - Thursdays 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.) throughout the month of February. Additionally, this position will require students to work during the day and/or evening of Donor Challenge. Students are expected to be available for the majority of shifts.
