Essential Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of successful teaching experience
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices
• Expertise in a variety of teaching models
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
